REFUND POLICY
You can reschedule your session for free up to two times, as long as there is a 24-hour notice. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the consultation does not qualify for a second rescheduling. Services are non-refundable.
A consultation is considered a no-show if a client is over 15 minutes late past the agreed time. In this case, rescheduling is unavailable, and a new consultation has to be booked at the full cost. If there is an over 5 minutes lateness, only the remaining time is honoured.
If a service cannot be fulfilled due to medical or emergency reasons, a full refund is to be provided or given the possibility of rescheduling at no extra cost.
