We collect or use the following information for your consultation: Names and contact details, date and time of birth, purchase or account history, payment details (including card or bank information for transfers and direct debits), video recordings, call recordings, purchase or viewing history, records of consent, where appropriate.
No personal information is shared without prior consent and for educational purposes only, such as mentoring or teaching. No identifiable details are disclosed (e.g. time and location of birth).

How long is the information kept?
The client is responsible for video-recording and storing the file session if they wish to. In special circumstances where the client cannot record it themselves and requests to have the session video-recorded, the recording will be deleted no later than 72 hours after the client has received the file via their email address.
The birth data used in consultation may be stored on the software program Solar Fire. The client has the right to send a written request to have their birth data and any other existing records deleted. This does not apply to data we can keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.
